Adding child/staff schedule

You must first already have either business hours added for the selected day, or import a template
  • Click the plus sign on the appropriate Child or Staff line. 
  • Select the child or staff from the dropdown you would like to add

Family Dropdown

A family will always be selected, if the child is associated with more than one family, select the family this days schedule is assigned to. See Families

Use the 'Schedule Times' section to add the hours the child or staff should be at your child care. 

If you claim meals on taxes, select the appropriate meals you are feeding the child

B - Breakfast

AM - AM Snack

L - Lunch

PM - PM Snack

D - Dinner

EVE - Evening Snack

If you need to add any fees, you can do so here. These fees will show in the billing section and will be associated with the day you added them. 

Add any notes for the schedule, 

  • Click Save
